    How long does shipping take?

    We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery usually takes 7–30 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

    Do you offer custom sizes or designs?

    Yes! We can create custom sizes, finishes, or designs—especially for lamps and decor pieces. Just contact us with your request, and we’ll be happy to help.

    What is included with my lamp purchase?

    Each lamp comes ready for installation and includes:

    Ceiling canopy

    Chain (standard ~50 cm, adjustable on request)

    Electrical wiring

    E26/E27 compatible socket

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    We carefully pack all items in protective packaging (often wooden boxes). If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom-made items are not eligible for return.
